Garcinia cambogia is small, pumpkin shaped fruit that grows in tropic area such as Southeast Asia and India. In this fruit contains active ingredients that found in the rind of garcinia cambogia is hydroxycitric acid (HCA).

The other studies reported a significant decrease in visceral fat.

Some studies found that herb can help lower someone’s appetite by increasing production of the neurotransmitter serotonin. Serotonin is associated with calm and happy feelings. Lowering appetite and suppressing reduce desire for comfort foods. Using garcinia gambogia is potentially lower risk and you should be better to manage your appetite for boosting serotonin production.
